    Obituary found in Grandma's scrapbook:

    Christopher Leonard, 75 died Saturday at his home, 770 Junction Ave., Detroit. He was a former resident of Oldport. The body is at Terry McGovern Chapel at 5827 West Vernor Hwy. where services will be Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. with those in
    Holy Redeemer Church at Junction and Vernor at 9. Internment will be in St Charles Cemetery, Oldport. Mr. Leonard was born in Oldport May 3, 1872 and was employed as a maintenance man at Ternstedt Manufacturing Co. Detroit. Surviving are his wife, Delia; three daughters, the misses Grace, and Beatrice Leonard and Mrs. Matt Meyer.

    It was thought that the Leonard family was related to a Leonard Moving Company either in Monroe or Wayne Co MI.

    This was Grandma Cora Leonard Pernia's uncle.

    A third daughter was married to Matt Meyer.
